About these terms

These terms apply when you, as a private individual, send an enquiry via quizify.se or enter into an agreement to purchase diamonds with Quizify AB, reg. no. 559251-3088, Kungsgatan 8, 111 43 Stockholm ("Quizify", "we").

Enquiry and quote

The website is a showcase site. No purchases are made directly on the website. An enquiry via the form is not binding for either party. Following your enquiry, we will provide advice and a written quote. An agreement is only entered into once you accept the quote and we confirm the order.

Prices

Diamonds are priced individually based on, among other things, carat, colour, clarity, and cut, as well as current market conditions. The price is stated in the quote and is given in Swedish kronor including VAT. A quote is valid for the period specified in the quote.

Certification

Each stone is delivered with the grading certificate specified in the quote. The certificate's information regarding the stone's characteristics forms part of the agreement.

Payment

Payment methods and payment terms are specified in the quote. Delivery takes place after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cash payments are not accepted.

Customer Due Diligence (KYC/AML)

Trade in precious stones is subject to the Swedish Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (lagen (2017:630) om åtgärder mot penningtvätt och finansiering av terrorism). We may therefore need to verify your identity and ask questions about the origin of the funds before a purchase is completed. If the check is not carried out, the purchase cannot be completed.

Delivery

The delivery method, insurance during transport, and delivery time are specified in the quote. The risk for the goods passes to you when you have taken possession of the goods.

Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the goods under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lagen (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured or adapted according to your specific requirements, such as custom-ordered cutting or setting. Whether the right of withdrawal applies and how you exercise it is stated in the quote and the order confirmation.

Complaints

You have a right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen (2022:260)). Please contact us as soon as possible if the goods deviate from the agreement, for example, from the information in the certificate.

Disputes

Swedish law applies to the agreement. In the event of a dispute that we are unable to resolve together, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN, the National Board for Consumer Disputes), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in ARN's proceedings. You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
