Data Controller

Quizify AB, reg. no. 559251-3088, Kungsgatan 8, 111 43 Stockholm, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on this website.

What data we process

When you send an enquiry via the website, we process the information you provide yourself:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number (if provided)
• The content of your message, including requirements and budget

The website does not use any tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to respond to your enquiry, provide advice and a quote, and, if you proceed to a purchase, fulfil the agreement with you. The legal basis is measures at your request prior to entering into an agreement and the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1(b) GDPR). In the event of a purchase, we may also be obliged to process data in accordance with accounting and anti-money laundering legislation (Art. 6.1(c) GDPR).

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. Data linked to completed purchases is stored for as long as required by law, for example, under the Swedish Accounting Act (bokföringslagen) (7 years).

Sharing of data

We never sell your data. Data is only shared with suppliers required to fulfil a purchase (for example, a carrier for delivery) or when required by law.

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to object to or request restriction of the processing.
